    The basic strategy Spanish 21 differs from the standard blackjack strategy – the absence of the groups of ten in the deck, naturally superimposes its misprints. Besides, the presence of the additional rules also influences upon the general strategy of the game.

    The hard hand. We shall bring the correct decisions of the player in the event of the hard hand:

    - do not hit another card if you have from 18 to 21 points;

    - do not hit another card if you have 17 points and the dealer has from 2 to 7 points;

    - hit a card if you have 17 points on 6 and more cards and the dealer has 8, 9 or 10;

    - abandon the game if you have 17 points and the dealer has an ace;

    - do not hit a card if you have 16 points and the dealer has from 5 or 6 points;

    - hit a card if you have 16 points on 5 and more cards and the dealer has 2;

    - hit a card if you have 16 points on 6 and more cards and the dealer has 3 or 4;

    - hit a card if you have 16 points and the dealer has from 7 to an ace;

    - hit a card if you have 15 points and the dealer has from 7 to an ace;

    - hit a card if you have 15 points on 4 cards or your first two cards are 7 and 8 and the dealer has 2;

    - hit a card if you have 15 points on 5 and more cards or from 7 and 8 of one color and by the dealer there are 3 or 4;

    - hit a card if you have 15 points on 6 and more cards and the dealer has 5 or 6;

    - hit a card if you have 14 points and the dealer has 2, 3 or from 7 to an ace;

    - do not hit a card if you have 14 points and the dealer has 4, 5 or 6;

    - hit a card if you have 14 on two cards 6 and 8 or on four and more cards and the dealer has 4;

    - hit a card if you have 14 points on the first two cards 6 and 8 one color or on five and more cards, but beside dealer 5;

    - hit a card if you have 14 points on 6 and 8 peaks or on four and more cards and the dealer has 6;

    - hit a card if you have from 4 to 13 points.

    1. The correct decisions at doubling:

    - double if you have 11 points on 4 and more cards and the dealer has 2 or 7, 8, 9;

    - double if you have 11 points on 5 and more cards and the dealer has 3, 4, 5, and 6;

    - double if you have 11 points on 3 and more cards and the dealer has 10 and an ace;

    - double if you have 10 points and the dealer has 4, 5 or 6;

    - double if you have 10 points on five cards and the dealer has 2 or 3;

    - double if you have 10 points on 4 and more cards and the dealer has 7;

    - double if you have 10 points on 3 and more cards and the dealer has 8;

    - double if you have 9 on three cards and the dealer has 6.

     

    2. The Soft hand. We shall bring the correct decisions of the player in the event of the soft hand:

    - do not hit another card if you have from 19 to 21 points;

    - hit another card if you have 19 points on 6 and more cards and the dealer has 10;

    - do not hit another card if you have 18 points and the dealer has from 2, 3 or 7, 8;

    - hit a card if you have 18 points on 4 and more cards and the dealer has 2, 3, 4 or 8;

    - hit another card if you have 18 points on 5 and more cards and the dealer has 5;

    - hit another card if you have 18 points on 6 and more cards and the dealer has 6 or 7;

    - hit another card if you have18 points and the dealer has 9, 10 or an ace;

    - hit another card if you have from 13 to 17 points.

     

    1. Correct decisions at doubling:

    - double if you have 18 points on 4 and more cards and the dealer has 4;

    - double if you have 18 points on 5 and more cards and the dealer has 5;

    - double if you have 18 points on 6 and more cards and the dealer has 6;

    - double if you have 17 points on 3 and more cards and the dealer has 4;

    - double if you have17 points on 4 and more cards and the dealer has 5;

    - double if you have 17 points on 5 and more cards and the dealer has 6;

    III.      The correct decisions for splitting:

    - always split two aces;

    - never split two groups of ten;

    - split two numeral sevens if the dealer has from 2 to 6;
