Developing Plans
In order to constantly improve the CSHCN program, a vision for the future must be built. This is done by developing strategic planning documents, which are formed in order to expand the vision beyond the state's CSHCN program. In other states where multiple planning documents exist, CSHCN leaders must identify the planning mechanism that has broadest appeal and widest application to promote systems building.
