State Incentive Awards
34 states and territories, including the Navajo Nation, received Incentive Awards from the Champions for Progress Center through a competitive application awarding process.
The activities conducted as part of each incentive award project were tied to achieving the CHSCN Performance Measures delineated in the State Title V Block Grant and state strategic plan for achieving a system of care for children with special health care needs.
