Connecting Communities Online Discussion Forum
Our Goal:
The Connecting Communities Discussion Forum provides a space for communities to discuss, strengthen, and build community-based systems of services for children and youth with special health needs and their families. The discussion forum will allow you to:
- Make connections with others
- Share challenges in your communities
- Find potential solutions
- Bring new ideas to the table
The ideas and concerns generated during the discussion forum will be made available in future issues of the ChampionsInc newsletter, articles and reports that will be available for your use.
